Fishing Dates 2008 Spring Bank - April 13 Draycote Resevoir. Meet at the Lodge at 8.30am. Weigh-in at 6.00pm. Bring your own lunch/refreshments.
Spring Boat – May 18 Pitsford Reservoir. Meet at the Lodge at 8.30pm. A BBQ lunch will be provided from 1-2pm at the Lodge. All boats must come in for lunch. Weigh-in at 6pm or as agreed at lunch time.
Rose Bowl Competition – June 15 Pitsford Reservoir. Same arrangements as above. This venue has been chosen for the above outings so that we can take advantage of the excellent facilities for lunch and a short get-together.
Autumn Boat – Sept.14 Grafham Reservoir. Meet at Lodge at 8.30am. All boats to come in for a picnic lunch from 1-2pm. Weigh-in at 6pm.
EMTFA is also planning an inter-club competition with Grafham Water F.F.A, Invicta and Mid-Northants on Pitsford Reservoir on 10 September. The full details will be given in our next Newsletter but put it in your diary as all club members will be welcome.
Pat Sweeney has volunteered to remain as competition and BBQ organiser in 2008. Thanks Pat! Please phone on 07957 751668 or e-mail Pat on pat.sweeney2@virgin.net to reserve your place in all the above events as soon as possible and contact him for any information or if you need a boat partner, transport etc. On some of the dates there could be limits to boat availability and if so places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
